About The Seven Women

The Seven Women is a Moroccan eco-responsible Brand of furniture and décor, founded by craftswoman Khadija Bouchaqour. Each creation pays tribute to the number SEVEN a powerful symbol of Moroccan culture, the natural materials we use, and the ancestral techniques that live on through our collections.

Our signature lies in macramé, the central technique at the heart of our craft. This ancient art of knotting is reimagined and blended with other rich traditions, including tadarazet, embroidery, crochet, weaving, copper work, and Moroccan zellige. The result is a unique harmony between artisanal heritage and contemporary design.

We work exclusively with natural and sustainable materials such as wood, cotton, clay, and metals, creating designs that are both aesthetic and environmentally conscious.

At The Seven Women, every item is more than just a decorative object: it is a living artwork, a visual poem that tells the story of Morocco, celebrates its cultural roots, and invites you on a unique sensory journey.

Khadija Bouchaqour

I am Khadija Bouchaqour, founder and designer of The Seven Women. Passionate about Moroccan craftsmanship, I have made macramé my signature, blending it with traditional techniques such as tadarazet, embroidery, crochet, Moroccan zellige, and copper work.

Through my creations, I aim to offer pieces that are luxurious, sustainable, and eco-responsible, celebrating the soul of Morocco while helping you transform your dreams into reality.

  • Social Impact

At The Seven Women, we believe that craftsmanship is a powerful driver of human development.

We have invested in training more than 50 women in the province of Al Haouz, passing on ancestral skills such as macramé, tadarazet, embroidery, and crochet.

These women, many from rural areas, have gained financial independence and recognition of their talent, turning craftsmanship into a sustainable source of income and dignity.

  • Environmental Impact

Our commitment also extends to the environment.

Each of our creations is made from natural and sustainable materials such as cotton, wood, clay, copper, and Moroccan zellige.

By choosing these noble resources, we reduce our ecological footprint while highlighting the raw beauty of nature.

We envision a world where luxury, elegance, and design exist in harmony with respect for the planet.
